Mobility

The Committee for Mobility of the Artificial Intelligence Department (DIA) is composed of five members, is responsible to promote, facilitate and record the mobility associated with postgraduate studies in AI (including the MSc in AI) coordinated by the Department in three aspects:

  • Mobility for Master and Ph.D. students, mainly oriented, in the case of Doctoral students, to obtain the European Mention from the largest number of Doctoral Theses.

  • Visiting professors at Master and Ph.D. Degree in Artificial Intelligence level. The Committee has participated, and raised funds, in calls for visiting professors’ mobility associated with Master and Ph.D. Programmes
  • Stays abroad of the DIA teaching staff

The Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Informáticos, provides different facilities for academic mobility that can be consulted here.

Joint Master programme MUIA (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid) - Master M2R IT (Universidad Paul Sabatier of Toulouse)

MUIA is funded by the Spanish Ministry of Education to facilitate mobility of visting professors and students for French-Spanish joint master programmes. MUIA collaborates with the M2R IT research master at the Universidad Paul Sabatier of Toulouse:

  • MUIA students can enrol certain modules of the M"R IT master at the University Paul Sabatier of Toulouse that will be taugth via videoconferencing during the first semester. These modules will be included in the European dipoloma suplement.
  • MUIA students have the chance to develope their Master Final Project at the University Paul Sabatier of Toulouse. They will be advised by a MUIA supervisor and a M2R IT supervisor.
